Yet another reason to be very careful about what you post on the Internet, especially social media sites. The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the government agency that enforces many of the online security and privacy violations, has concluded its investigation into a company called Social Intelligence Corporation. The FTC found that when Social Intelligence Corp. conducts background checks for its customers it’s ok if the company uses Facebook, Twitter and Youtube and reports this information to your potential employer.
